Late night escapades in a 30's St. Lawrence fedora (manufactured Hurley, Canada).

Early morning dog soirre in a black 50's Warren fedora.

Out filling feeders and picking in the garden wearing a Pennys Marathon. Minty 2 3/4" brimmed hat.

A quick jaunt had me sport'n this fine 30's Canadian Kennsington fedora. The felt is touchably soft and "fuzzy." It has a crown "bumpers."

Just unique features that end in a place that tells me were to have the crease start. Ribbon and brim stitching is excellent.

A fun interior to see. Under brim pic showcases the brim stitching.

Early evening finds me watching the birds from the deck.

A vintage unlined Stetson Stratoliner in cadet blue just fit my mood and was handy on my hat rack.

My Mallory The Dallas decked out in my homemade Miami Dolphins ribbon in honor of my brother in law whose ashes we interred today.

This Resistol belonged to my sister-in-law’s father who passed away when she was just a few years old. He wore it in his bull riding days but it has mostly spent the last 40+ years collecting dust… and lots of it. She tasked me with a bit of a clean up job.. but keep it true to the shape he left it. It took an extreme brushing…. Hat sponge scrubbing.. and a real good steaming…. But I am real happy with the results. Now she just needs to add the hat band of her choosing and it is ready for the wall…. Or my brother in law’s head… whoever wins that argument. Maybe both

and after…. The light spots are just sunshine filtering through the leaves. It’s is dark as night.

I went on an essential errand - car wash wearing an unlined Stetson Playboy. Blue/gray felt hues are stunning in person.
