Well, your hat knowledge is truly astounding, but make room on that limb, Brent, for I can guess the exact price Reggie’s Dad’s hat sold for in the early 80s...

Hey guys, just checking in. This one belonged to my uncle, who was a mortician, and it just happened to be in my size—enjoying the hat show as always.
View attachment 260238 Wish I could send this long, heavy rain to the west coast...but I wanna keep this hat. It’s my favorite...this week.
It’s the 40s/50s Royal Adam that I blocked and flanged posted a week ago. Great felt! Finally got around to sewing in a replacement Stetson sweat that I stole out of a 70s model.
It’ll be a daily go to hat, for sure.
Looking sharp.Wearing this Dunn & Co Hurr1cane Grey Fedora today. It was made by one of the great Manchester hat makers, T&W Lees of Denton sometime back in the 60's.
Thanks to Stefan @steur for this one
One of the few places that can appreciate a good stink eye and a good hat! HAaaahahaahhahahahaahha
Love it
You’re well healed...and headed today, Eric.
I’ve enjoyed seeing your fine line of Whippets. Do you happen to own one in dove gray with a silver, or black band and silver binding? I’d sure like to see it, some time, if you do.
Think if I could get my noggin under a 40s model in those colors I’d just quit looking for another hat.
Bought a mint 50s 4x Quality Supreme Champ With gills in those colors yesterday just to ease the rabid craving. May even cure it. We’ll have to see.

Resistol Byer-Rolnick - Beaver Fifteen
Kitten Finish - Silver Grey
5 3/4 Open Crown - 5 inch as shaped
2 inch black grosgrain ribbon
2 1/4 brim with wide Cavanagh edge
Wind Trolley
As excited as I am to be watching the return of NFL football tonight... I am equally excited to be wearing This 1950s Byer-Rolnick Resistol- Self Conforming Beaver Fifteen with luxurious Kitten Finish In a beautiful light silver came highly recommended by @Randall Renshaw. And boy was he correct. The texture of felt is about as soft and plush as you can get without being a velour. It molds in your hands with ease. The 2 1/4 brim definitely hits a sweet spot for me and it features a beautiful nice wide Cavanagh edge. The oil skin liner is pointing me to 1950s vintage. The sweat appears to be in nice shape and is still malleable. The proportions are fantastic with its ample brim and 2 inch ribbon. This one is in fabulous almost minty condition. It even possessed the original care pamphlet and the managers card from the store it was sold at. This is one excellent hat for sure. If I was ever forced to drop my collection to just one hat... this one would be definitely be in the running.... Both for its beauty and versatility. It hits a sweet spot for me in styling that this could be an everyday hat to wear from the most casual of casual to formal.

Killer lid line up! Nice work on the bow, Jim.
And you look mighty snazzy in the matching 3 piece suits: pants, Tee, underwear.
[An assumption on the under garment. If not included, please do not bother to correct]
Dalton and a Gay Prince - need more be said! Lovely fedoras sir.
Absolutely stunning hat! Love the centerfire crease. Not so sure about the setting....
Outstanding! I even like the phone cover. You were taking the photo in that room based on the acoustics, right?
Knox Twenty today. Amazing felt View attachment 260510 View attachment 260511
That crease is pure fire. Wow. I had something like that going on this model below. But I widened it out and toned it down. Going to keep playing with it though after seeing yours. It's a JJ Hat Center brand, but really nice felt, made in Spain I think. Kind of Bushman-esque but more tappered crown than boxy.Knox Twenty today. Hi guys, today just as yesterday cause i just got it and it took forever to cross the atlantic ocean, I’m wearing this really nice vintage Stevens straw hat with a Lee 101 coveralls inspired by the Bonneville salt flats speedway. As I’ve just read on another topic, Stevens has been making hats until 1972 right?
