Inspirational, Steve. I have to dig up a blue homburg to wear.P. & C. Habig navy blue Homburg was my choice for today.
Thanks for all the likes and kind comments this week. As always, some rocking hats from my fellow Loungers.
Have a great weekend compadres.

Very nice, Rick. You can always take it on your lap and pet it.
Modern Biltmore "Canadian Peluche".
At 87 deg. on the bay today... YES, it's a little too warm to be wearing this fuzzy beauty!
But new to me and I just had to wear it.
Ah, a hatwearing couple. We don't see many of those here on the lounge. Sergej and his wife used to post here and Harv and Ester of course. Doug still does post pictures of him and his wife on occasion. Good looking hats on you both.My wife an Akubra Avalon and me the Borsalino 'mist'. View attachment 184567
Fantastic, Ken. It never looked this good.First outing with the VS remodel of a very vintage Montecristi (maybe 30's / 40's). Just back from the Sat morning farmers market. Got stopped twice about the hat, inquiring minds. Art tells me he used a new ribbon color called Tree Tan (light brown with a hint of pinkish/orange. The knot is a marshmellow creme color.

I think all your hats are glorious, Eric! Thanks sir. The jacket is made by Patagonia. I appreciate the companies commitment to sustainability and business ethos.
Thanks sir. Congrats on your thin ribbon Strats.
This afternoon I was sport'n a vintage Stetson 3X Fifteen. A glorious 50's felt with all the trimmings.
Best, Eric-
I figured the scowl had something to do with a wager per hole on the links.Love it Max, have yourself a Martini. I like the western scowl under that brim. That hat looks great on you
Charo made me go crosseyed when she was a guest of Johnny Carson in 72 or 73, wearing a see through blouse under a blazer.Hahaha. What a difference an r makes.

That's a fantastic weave!
Thank you, Geoff. I picked the jacket up in England during the summer. It's a lovely tweed from the early 80s.Nice form, nice jacket too.

Thanks, Stefan. There's definitely something about a blue Homburg that just adds to the style of an already stylish hat.Inspirational, Steve. I have to dig up a blue homburg to wear.
Thank you, Stefan. The brim was the first thing I noticed about it. Quite different to my other Bowlers.Excellent bowler, Steve. I like the very sleek looking brim on that one.
Good question, Max. Unfortunately, I know not the answer. I'm in the modelling department not production [emoji6]How do they get the felt out of the block with that negative taper? Disassembling the pieces?
