Off to the Thanksgiving church potluck. Its just the wife and I and her parents left here in town, so a full meal is overkill. Yay! Church Lady food. I have a better chance of getting ham instead of turkey this way. So all is good. I'm giving a shout out to @mmbarnes with my Mallory Ten homburg, with a pinch, cuz...family.
A new pocket square is also getting some "breast" (pocket) time, just a turkey reference for good measure. Have a good glutton everyone.

And...it is 62 degrees and sunny - weird on T-day. A record I think.

That is SUCH a good looking homburg. Brown is the only color I still "need," and I'd love to find something like that in my size. Enjoy the weather and the food.

Today is another ancient French hat on stroll to my office
takh2o.jpg

It is a JB made of wool, or mixed felt, before World War II

It comes from that landmark located in Strasbourg and precisely in the Chapellerie Meer

I have a particular preference for this hat even if some signs of the time are on it

Thanks for your appreciation for Monday's Flechet

Thank you guys for the likes and comments on my #1 Stetson and Tumwater. The Stetson has become a goto hat of late - perfect for a western themed town.

Today we walked downtown for Thanksgiving lunch - I wore my olive John Cavanagh - a great survivor from the ‘40s.
