Hey all!
Many thanks for the likes and kind words on my recent posts. Always appreciated!
From sun and straw yesterday to wind, rain and Seal Velour today. Gotta love NorCal!

Have a great day!

Sent from thin air using electricity and other wizardry.
That is a special hat Moe. Are you gearing up for St. Patrick's Day on Friday, getting greener and greener?

Today a due tribute to my host Steve, large and experienced hats collector of Central Europe

I have worn a nephew of the great tradition of the Austrian hats producers

A modern Tonak in a gorgeous shade of gray

The location is the Verona Roman Theater in a full day of spring

I have already expressed my, excellent, considerations on mass production of Tonak
Soon, it will the time for two beautiful hats that came with Steve

Greetings from Verona

Late, late, LATE, but here we are. Mother and I on our way to a doctor's appointment. Checking her pacemaker, now 10 years old. I always ask the Doc for an extra remote for it, hoping to get some work out of her by turning it up a couple of notches when needed. We need to get the garage painted...

The snow of yesterday's storm was soaked and solid from the rain-then-freezing conditions. Notice my boot is on top of the frozen surface, without sinking in at all.

This is the last day wearing my Black Sheep Hat Works "Shake Down" before sending it back to Bob for a little TLC. ANOTHER favorite hat!! Mom is wearing a hat with bragging rights; a clearance item originally $40.00, for which she paid $4.00. That's MY Mom!!!

Thanks for the likes and comments on today's super Cav.

Bruno - from Brad's dating by liner thread, this one is early to mid 40's and has a 2 5/8 brim with the nicest Cavanagh edge I've yet seen.

Even better I paid about $80 on eBay and I think I was the first person to crease and wear it.

Cheers!
David
Damn David...I love that Cav even more now!
