Dobbs "Florentine" poly-something Milan wannabe today. Love the color, just wish it was a real milan. Nice wearing hat though.

I love that hat! The square crown looks great on you too. Diversity is a wonderful thing.

How do you like this one? I brushed it, vacuumed it, air-blasted it with my office's oil-free compressed air, and steamed it. The felt looks brand new.

I still have to learn how to do a decent crease, though.

My friend, that is a great hat. Your biggest problem is that now you’re spoiled and nothing but the best will get your heart to pound.

The color of that felt is incredible.

Now I know the answer to my question. Can vintage be better than my Optimo Silverbelly? Yes, it can.

Wonderful hat, Jim.

The pictures show the blue colour really well, Mike. Still a pity about the liner.

Another conversion success, Terry.

Lovely fine weave, Max. Oddly enough I find they are less cooling that way.

Wearing a hat with such style; you make it look easy, Daniele.

Indeed a no. 1 quality: splendid, Bowen.

Enjoy the haul, Max. That is quite something. The desk clerk in the first picture expresses the sentiments on wearing two hats at the same time quite well I think...:)
I want it beautiful. Let me sweat. Besides, Mexico City is never too hot or cold.

You will have to do a "Hat Parade" when you get them all spiffed up. This Adam is a gem.

Jaxonbilt 10x this morning.
Cool hat band. Great shape.

Beaver Creek 8x Beaver felt in front of the Tetons. Have not been able to quite crease it as I would like over the campfire kettle. Onward to Yellowstone today.

Love the brim edge treatment on this one Christophe. Can't wait to see what Yellowstone brings.

Today it’s a bit of a departure from the norm seen here.
It’s the “Oye Como Va” hat i posted more of in the stingy thread.
Not a mal sombrero pequeno!!
Be well. Bowen
Oh Wow! The details are mind boggling on this beauty Bowen. I like the stitching on the ribbon. What time frame is this one from?

When it comes to shade "a little Dobbs will do ya". :)

Nothing could be finer and a well formed Milan.

Inky Steve. Here's a weird question...how do you rate the German makers in a heirarchy? Wegener in the middle, towards the top of a quality scale? How does Hückel rate? Maybe stick with 1950s offerings... Inquiring pea brains want to know.

One of the finest colors we have seen. Glad to see you with it. Maybe a little more pinch?
