Here’s where I hung my hat today at work. Just jammed a pair of scissors into a rift in the beam... and presto - hat hook. I was pretty pleased with myself for figuring that out. Sadly, those were to be the only feelings of achievement for me this fine workday...

Puttering around the house this morning in a new (from @BobHufford what a guy!) black Dobbs 2" brim TAR. Nice felt and great condition, almost NOS. I have an identical hat to this one, except with a wider ribbon. The dating is most likely early 1960s. Not bad for a 50+ year old hat. I think I'll wear it to the theater tonight for rehearsal.

Thanks. That’s a crappy uke I leave at work, I have a few nicer instruments here at home. My daughters have their own ukes and guitars, and they know not to touch mine.
