Great weave providing substantial shade.Hey folks!
Still hot, but some relief today from the temps of the last two days. Homero Ortega Cuenca gets some head time.
Stay cool, all!
Have a greaf day!

Thanks Samuel. That's one of my few real Hawaiian shirts. You pulled out a couple of very nice hats today.Dig the hat and shirt combo, I've been wanting one of those Open Road hats for a long time!
Thanks Red. Great to see you getting the felts ready for wear. Nice collection. I have a Dobbs plasti-milan too, though not as nice as yours. I find it handy for rough wear in the hot weather.I love that shirt! Hold on to summer as long as you can, just wear felts in the process. The rake on that Stetson is to die for.
Thanks Bill. Your powder blue VS is super nice. I'm envious.Don't know which I like more. The shirt or the hat. A killer combination.
Hey thx. Yeh pretty mashed up. It's a look.Dig the Homberg and sweater mash up
This morning for church was my brand new Art Fawcett in powder blue. Can not get over just how good this feels on my head. I'll post more in the Art Fawcett VS Hall of Fame.

Thanks Bill.Very sharp.
You're looking lit today! The forest fire smoke is so thick here in the Willamette Valley you can hardly see a few blocks. Ventured out in my Dobbs Florentine "milan". It is some form of poly, so straw in name only, but I still love it. Nice leather sweat and airy weave in the crown.

Smoke is so thick here you can't make out the details of trees a block away. I'll be fully lit in a little while. You're looking lit today!
Ha, where you at? It looks warm! And your pictures are always clear as a whistle, smoke notwithstanding.Smoke is so thick here you can't make out the details of trees a block away. I'll be fully lit in a little while.
Got it, near Portland/Corvallis, nice area. I lived in Bend for a while. lovin' Oregon country. I have family scattered all over the Pacific Northwest.Ha, where you at? It looks warm! And your pictures are always clear as a whistle, smoke notwithstanding.
Up from you in Albany Oregon, the Willamette Valley. With the high sitting over us, the flow is bringing in smoke from the multiple forest fires.Ha, where you at? It looks warm! And your pictures are always clear as a whistle, smoke notwithstanding.
Thanks Samuel, i envy your weather.
Amen to that; "The grass is always greener..." We're approximately 15 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, and the temperature hasn't dropped below 80°F for nearly a week (including the middle of the night). With highs over 100°F during the day and the accompanying humidity, it's just plain uncomfortable. I'm hoping we'll actually get some decent autumn/winter weather this year, but that remains to be seen.Be careful what you wish for.

My sincere apologies to Mr. Hemingway for my addition to the weather reports.
