With the temperatures predicted to reach the high 80s later this week I'm seizing the opportunity to wear this Knox that I haven't worn in a long time while felts are still in rotation

Enjoy your day friends

What a beauty, Anthony! I'd work up any reason in the world to wear a hat so classy.

Dang, Minnesota has warmer weather than we do????

Wearing my heathered Borsalino this morning. Good to see everybody.

Good afternoon sir. The high temps was 69'F this afternoon. Warm, for me. Yesterday we nearly reached 80'F - a scorcher.

The lovely Borsalino must be at the top of the pile of your fantastic hat pile.

Best, Eric -

Very nicely dressed for yard chores. I haven't broken out my Alohas yet, maybe in the next couple of weeks.

Nice!

My 100% Cotton Porkpie was brought by the "hat fairy" (no relation to the one in San Francisco). The trouble is that it is slightly too large. I took the "hat ring" (the one that helps the hat retain its shape during shipping) and shortened it as well as cutting it lengthwise in half. After tucking it inside the headband, it fit. *sigh* It is too bad that it didn't fit right out of the box.

It will work for now.

Thanks Hatophile. It is my norm as taught and reinforced by my childhood. I recall my Dad cutting the lawn in khakis, short sleeve button down shirt and his old penny loafers til we kids took the task over. Heck we were not able to sit down to dinner unless we had a shirt with a collar on it. In -frequent guests came over and we went to the closet in the entryway and donned blazers. That was my norm. As recent as this weekend I reminded my Mom that she and Dad are responsible for me not being normal. She of course says it is good.

Cut the lawn, treated for "Creeping Charlie/Dandilions and fertilized lawn. Chores may exaggerate my efforts of 2 + hours.

Grand hats of late sir. I like that you have been sampling and wearing your ample hat collection of late.

I may still have newbie tendencies, but just how do you make the Quote Option work? I would use it a lot if I spent the time to figure it out.
