Thanks Anthony! Yes, there is just a hint of a green tone in the right light. This might end up being my lucky hat. I got pulled over for speeding (10mph over the limit) last night and the officer gave me a warning after admiring this hat!

I wasn't sold on the western-style two cord ribbon until wearing it. I really like the combo. And I've never heard of a "Range Rider" until I saw the listing. It's a pretty sweet and unique lid.

Thanks sir. I am not positive as to the age. Like Alan I was sprucing up some hats that I have neglected to wear and this one caught my fancy this morning. I will go thru my cmptr. notes and see if I come up with any tidbits. The "other Stetsons" are quite nice hats for a vtg. hat that sold inexpensively in their day.

Love this hat Moe, that ribbon is really special! Quite a statement!

Thanks, Red! Did the ribbon myself. I liked the blue better than the brown one that was on it. I have come to appreciate the brown on gray combo now, but the blue has grown on me to the point that the hat looks wrong without it.
