Another lifetime ago I was the wine buyer for a small shop. My nickname was pinothead. Pinot noir from Burgundy, Oregon, north coast California, New Zealand, even Italian pinot nero are excellent. But one can't deny an excellent Bordeaux. My daughter was born in 2000, so I bought some Chateau Lynch Bages on futures for $65/bottle. By the time it got to me, it was selling locally for $135 bottle. My daughter is 16 now, in another 5 years she'll be 21 and this wine will just be coming into it's own.

Champaign Brunch , substitute the Champaign for Pinot Noir , eggs for cheese , or add cheese to the eggs . YUMM E ! Be careful , you look lovely , and pooped .

Best brunch I ever had was pacific NW crab cakes and some Domaine Drouhin Oregon pinot noir. Fabulous.
