Thanks B! It is a unusual color for me, so I am still getting use to it. The fit, though, is perfect.

I feel a bit guilty and sad when I wear it. Don't know if many of y'all know, but Rick and I traded two for two. His arrived here perfectly, but mine arrived in TX battered and bruised, badly. Rick and I are no strangers at trading, but this time tragedy hit and two great hats were damaged. I tip my hat toward you, Rick. I hope the hats can be restored back to their condition.

She need not have worried, her millinery skills and craft work manifest themselves in every hat she makes. We shall have to try and create a virtual group photo. Think how unique that would be, both with the name Robert and both wearing a hat made by a specialist in Belgium. Have you got any computer savvy members in your family?

someone told me shoulder pads went out. I didn't believe it either! Of course, my high school years were the mid eighties, Miami Vice determined what the cool kids wore...I guess the ear-high shoulder look brings back memories.

Well, it is a bit nerve wracking.
First of all in what state it arrives, then again I pack mine so carefully with a box in a box with more box and enough bubble wrap to pack up a living room.
But you never know.
And will they love it, the time for it to get there, customs and all that jazz. But I'm a stressy person by nature so that doesn't help either.

Jee, I can't seem to wake up today. Wonder what that is about.
