Style Craft....

Very light weight felt, no liner so I can get away with it on a day like today.....:D

This is that hat that I had cut the brim down from a 3" to a 2 1/4". It was just too wide and floppy for me. :eusa_doh:

Well, cool, I wore the rose-colored Mr. Stetson to the casino and came out of it with the same amount of money I had on me when I entered the place.

As my good friend Christine says, "if you leave the place with a dollar more than when you came in, you beat the casino."

You're right Bolt, as much as I am a proponent of wider brims, that one did not work with the crown or ribbon and bow. Good call on the trim. You made it much better and you look good wearing it.

That is a fantastic looking lid, Bolt!! Looks great on you. You have the ability to wear pull off either skinny or wide brim. Both look really great on you.:eusa_clap :eusa_clap

Another modification, this one from BCF with a trimmed brim and redone (courtesy of the most recent So Cal rain) crown.

Thanks for posting that Mr. L. I see how you worked it. The felt looks nice. Rain was a bit hard on it, eh?

I wore my Brent Adventurer out kayaking yesterday in the Blackwater nature preserve on the eastern shore.
