I had my green Stetson Bantam on today. Went well with my green shirt, tie and shoes.

Douglas, up to your usual superb standards!

J.M. Stovall, Douglas won't even put it in HIS pocket.

Technonut, Looking good, really good. That is one of my favorite styles.

Dinerman, You have outdone even yourself!!!

Make a template of the hole pattern; use it to mark the holes onto the hat; use a Dremel drill with a very small bit; and then very lightly sand the felt around and in the new holes. It takes a steady hand and some practice, but it works. If you do it right and the felt is thin enough, the holes don't close back up.

Thanks guys... :) It was one of my more reasonable purchases.... $28.00 from an antique mall up the street... ;)

DOUGLAS... Today's lid choice looks great on you... :)

Dinerman... Sweet Stetson.. :)

Marc Chevalier... The vent holes are not really my taste, but VERY interesting to see.. Nice, neat work. :eusa_clap Thanks for showing it.

Akubra Federation, yet again. I can't even express my love for this hat, I wear it everyday and plan to keep wearing it 20 years from now...

Feraud, do you know if the porkpie bash was initially associated with a completely upturned brim, and snapping down the front was a later developement, or vice versa?
