Rainy day and a late day at the office today. Strat's doing a good job shedding the rain.

Moon, foamy, hatsRme, 1Mach1, you flatter me. And I am flattered. Great to be around like minded gentlemen.

Daniele, Pandora, TJones, Strapped, beauties all. Totally impressed. The Strat does well in snow as well.

Fellas, thanks for the compliments on the Wormser!

Bob, sweet Scala.

Daniele, I love that one. Great sport coat too.

Panadora, that Churchhill 35 is fantastic. Fantastic!

Moon, the BGCD. A site classic. Looks good on you with the upturned brim!

Terry, that OR looks nice. I really like a thin ribbon on you, buddy.

Mark, good rain hat for sure. Glad it saw some wet weather action. How did it fair?

Wow, a lot of nice ones today, everyone.

Esther and Terry, thanks for the compliments.

moontheloon got it started with a BGCD on the east coast, so by the time I got out in a hat today, hours later in the west, I had an idea what I wanted to wear.

moon--you look absolutely fine in your hats, my friend. I just play the camera angles...;)

Bob--I'm so late posting due to the time zone I'm in it's already tomorrow for our European, Asia- and Oceania-based loungers. So maybe you should call it "What day am I wearing this hat?"

Fedora Lounge does not disappoint! Hats/caps and brims are spectacular. Cheers!

Fall weather is really here in Minnesota, USA. The cool felt weather allows for opening hat boxes. Monday was a vtg. Stetson Stratoliner (blue cadet) and Pendleton Topster jacket day.

Today I broke out a vtg. Stetson Avenue (green felt with special brim ) and a vtg. Stetson Scoop (gray felt, smaller sized but same special brim). The Scoop shows no effects of handling the morning sprinkles of rain. Another Pendleton jacket kept me toasty in the cool, breezy temps.

And lady!

Thx John!

I'm in the most impossible hat to photograph. It's actually a salmon/pink colour but turns orange on every camera.
Oh, it's the only pink think you'll ever see me wear.

I like this type of model when it's windy because they stay put and keep my head really warm, the downside is that it sort of does limit your vision a bit.

You are welcome. Great hat & great look for you.

Excuse me, can't type while impulsively biting my hand ;-)

Thank you.
I think that's some sort of expression I'm not familiar with. That is unless you are a terrible terrible nail biter like me...
Am I having a blond moment ? :)
