What are your favorite T.V. theme songs?

I found a web site that has just about every t.v. and some movie theme songs out there. www.televisiontunes.com is the website and all the downloads are FREE...! Just browsing through some of these songs sure brings back a lot of memories...I even found on that same website, early t.v. commericals...very funny stuff!...Check it out...see what you think.

Great website, thanks for posting it. Personally, i've always loved "The Rifleman" theme...one of my favourite shows when I was a kid! I found some old episodes on www.archive.org.

I've always liked Peter Gunn, Wild, Wild West, Lost in Space, and Man From U.N.C.L.E. Cartoon themes will always be Jonny Quest!

I always liked the Leave it to Beaver theme, and Merry-Go-Round Broke Down from Looney Tunes.

By no stretch of the imagination is this theme destined to linger in the anals of great music, but "The Patty Duke Show." The mere mention of it sends the lyrics of the theme song into my head and I can't shake it;

"...Where Cathy adores a minuet,
the Ballet Russe, and crepe suzette,
Our Patty loves to rock and roll,
A hot dog makes her lose control --
What a wild duet!..."

For instrumental, non-lyric... I like the theme from "Combat."
