Many things are not what they seamed. lol

How do you walk in that skirt? What if B movie monsters come attacking? Will you just totter on your heels and go EEEEEEE!!1!!?

I think I like this one best. It's got possibilities. Like maybe I had something going with a nun and wound up ministering to draft resisters in Vancouver.

I don't walk, I wiggle!

And if B movie monsters came attacking.. LOL I guess there could be several options.. Your suggestion is a good and funny one! Hmm, maybe it could be hypnotized with the power of my wiggle?

Darhling, thank you, and this outfit is smashing!!!

Today for me:

Off-white linen suit

No pictures, when we got home from a walk into town I had to do some cleaning and changed. I'll be sure to get one next time.

V-I for showing of "Public Enemies"

Last night a group of us BAWMHRS and friends went to see "Public Enemies" at the HUGE Art Deco movie palace, The Alameda in Alameda, CA. I wore Vintage- inspired 1930s, the dotted silk blouse and gored silk skirt are new Ralph Lauren. My jewelry and hat are vintage pieces; 1930s and 40s except for the V-I pearl cuff by Miriam Haskell.
My husband wore mostly vintage; lt grey trousers, DB jacket (gotten from FL member Orgetorix-thank you, sir!), and fedora. The shirt, bow tie and shoes are new.
Just for fun here is also a group picture that we had taken in the lobby. All the other gals wore vintage, all the men wore vintage. We made a very authentic looking group to say the least! Two of the gentlemen drove their 1930s cars and parked them in front of the theater, those pics I'll post in the OB.
