Thanks !

It's just an inexpensive woolblend from H&M [ a fashion chain here in the UK ] it was only £4.99, I have one in grey too...I do stuff a clean thin sock into the inside front band to bulk out the front as they're a bit flat otherwise...but a great buy for the price.

I've just bought one of these on ebay too....I'll review it when it arrives

Very casual today. It's a soupy, gloomy Saturday here in Wisconsin.

Oshkosh B'Gosh dark denim jeans (21' leg openings) (a little Wisconsin flavor here, and they're actually nice jeans)
Blue button-down
Jos. Bank Fair Isle sweater
Black jeans belt
Black casual socks
Black and tan Camper lace-ups (look inspired by athletic shoes)
Black leather car coat
Black leather gloves
Black leather driving cap

I used to have that same shirt. I bought it at thrift, wore it a lot as a bum around shirt then tossed it when it got a big pull in it. Very comfortable.

Hangin' around the house, in a simple kacky shirt and a pair of herringbone pants.

And topped off by the Dobbs Pacesetter that I picked up from Razzman (Thanks again Lou!), it's time to go get my hair cut!

I'm pretty pleased to be wearing this jacket; it means I have officially lost two dress sizes in my weight loss regimen. Sorry for the goofy photo; I was coming down with the flu and this was the best photo I took.

Modern black sleeveless short cocktail dress
1930's Reproduction pinstriped jacket
1940's Heavy Leaded Red Crystal Necklace
1920's reproduction shoes
1940's Overcoat

Snowy, windy Sunday here in Wisconsin; I'm dressing accordingly.

Wide-wale dark tan cuffed corduroys with wide leg openings
Blue button-down
Nautica navy patterned crewneck sweater
Black jeans belt
Oatmeal boot socks
Italian make (I forgot whom) winter boots in black with tan "spats" (I did a double-take the first time I saw someone else wearing these, thinking they were spats); about 8' high; zipper closure; trendy but interesting
Woodsman beige barn coat with dark brown corduroy collar and cuffs
Brown leather gloves
Brown corduroy driving cap
Navy patterned scarf

Lovely as ever Betty!!

As for myself... being off of work for the last month or so with a bum shoulder (now I have a pair!![huh] ) has killed my workouts!! And with the fridge right there.....:eusa_doh:

I'm starting to look like all the old palookas in my family!!!

Thank God, it's back to work tomorrow and back to the gym!!!:eusa_clap

Alas, I'm only old-school on the outside:

black jeans, black lambswool crewneck (both LL Bean), black New Balance walking shoes

seal brown Flight Suits M-422A jacket and light brown tweed B!wear newsboy cap.

I know - black and brown shouldn't work together, but I think it makes a dramatic contrast.

Black and brown work great together!

I completely agree, and I have never understood the proscription against combining them. I've gone so far as to wear brown shoes with black trousers, and gotten compliments on it!

I second that. I wear a pair of brown nailhead trousers with my black shoes, and I get complimented on my outfits with it all the time. I could never imagine wearing brown with brown shoes, personally, unless they were very dark brown leather.

AlanC: Bespoke coat, or vintage? Either way, they don't seem to make them like that anymore, just single breasted and with solid colours. I love to see you and Org's stroller combinations when you post them. It's not something done much anymore either.
