I like that jacket. It seems several Italian designers have been experimenting with details like high button stances for some time now. I think there is a wider resurgence of large peak lapels as well.
Here's a couple of outfits from the last few days. the jacket in the first image is new and Italian made.

Esteban, their chart says L is a 41-43 chest. I have a 41 chest, but chose to go with a medium. Generally with generic sizing I find you want to be on the larger side of the margin.
The medium measures 20.5 inches from pit to pit. you'd think it's too small for me, but it is stretchy, and you don't want any excess fabric with this kind of garment.

Funny how most modern companies get it all wrong. Jumpers and sweater vests usually are too long and shawl collar cardigans way too short. :/
