The skirt rates about a 9 out of 10 on my crucial "twirly" scale for lindy hop. Excellent

MikeBravo, it's a 1947 pattern. Now since I'm the one wearing it I'm a bit occupied during a swing out so I don't notice how "twirly" it is, and the fluffy petticoat may have interfered, but like I said I can't tell
