Wonderful! Really glad the suit fits and suits you.

Quite an irony to wear Kaiser Wilhelm brace buttons on May 1st workers demonstration! Did the buttons turn upside down? :p

I really love the suit, it's definitely my favourite out of the suits that I own, and also the best fitting one. Although it is a tad bit tight in the chest area, I don't really feel the need to do any alterations to it at the moment.

Haha, I didn't even think about that, but now that you mention it, it sure is ironic. :D

Very, very cool! I love the jacket!!

Thanks. :)

It's nice to see that suit 'in action'. I hope you enjoy owning and wearing it!

I sure do. I've gotten a lot of compliments from wearing this suit. It's really interesting, although the suit is 100+ years old, it looks very modern and most people don't realise that it's an antique.

This is what I wear daily when I am home. I made the tie myself. My tie clip I got from my grandfather. It may be vintage, but I do not know. The pants are Dockers relaxed fit. The suspenders are Geoffrey Beene. They really have stripes, but my picture is terrible. You can see them better in the closet.

When I leave the house, I will probably be wearing this sport coat. It's made by Croft and Barrow, and I got it from Kohls.

I wear this sport coat sometimes. It's made by Paul Fredrick (it's really a suit coat, but I wear it like a sport coat).

I like the tie, and the double breasted jacket looks quite nice from what I can see in the picture.

Some recent outfits:

Heading out to a speciality cheese restaurants on Friday (main course = a plate of 15 different types of cheese, dessert = 3 flavours of cheese ice cream, great for the senses, lousy for the heart)

Heading out to a German restaurant, so I wore a 1950s German single breasted jacket that was converted from an earlier double breasted jacket, with a pre-war German tie:

Summer threatened to arrive recently, so I dug a 1950s linen jacket out from my wardrobe:

My winter sport coat from Lands End.

It might be best to use the timer on your camera, so that you can stand in a more relaxed way and we can see the fit of the clothes more clearly.
I have seen that land's end jacket in the store, it's a nice one! very rich colours.

I retook those pictures, using a method I noticed other members using. In case you missed my older post, I don't own any vintage items, except my tie clip.
