This was a beautiful hat and I'm really surprised it took so long to seli. I sold it on eBay for a reasonable price.

I put a Montana Peak on it. Maybe that made the difference. Through my research I found that the hat was made in the 30s. The store closed during the great depression after the elder Gleason died.

Thanks Joao. I kept getting real low ball offers. Someone finally made a reasonable offer. It's definitely as show stopper. There having the annual Greeley Stampede rodeo and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo is coming up soon. I should have kept it and wore it to the two events.
