Yes, it's nice. Nice too that for the film (of which scotrace posted a picture before me) they actually reproduced the same cap! (even if it's a different color and, I think, a bit narrower)

I like it a lot. Unusual and practical. Must have been a fairly common late 19th century cap in France/Europe?
