Our very first batch of Russet Vicenza was lighter (about 1/4-1/2 shade lighter) than this one...our last couple of batches of Russet Vicenza have been consistently the slightly darker shade, as represented in the photos of the Original Hercules and the Board Racer!

Here's a Good Wear example of this contract. I've seen them both ways, but GW certainly makes them more sharp on the corners.
