Will do! I only fear the locals might be overwhelmed by so many handsome jackets, suddenly in one place at the same time! :D

Everybody wears leather, down there. Most stick to it on their ‘Lederhosen’, though… ;)

Same here; Wiesbaden.
We’re about the same size I think based on the jackets you’ve sold. If I see you selling one I like I can just come try it on. :)

You had a nice natural horsehide one, Simmons Bilt I think, but think you’ve moved that on already. That cross zip is appealing but outside my means at the moment. Waiting for my western shirt in natural HH from Aero at the moment.

Better still: grab a beer or an ‘Äppler‘ while doing so… Yes, the SB is long gone. I am planning to sell quite a bit in the next months to free closet space.

The Aero Western is something I am really looking forward too.

So, I received word about the german Winter Jacket:

"Guten Tag Herr Feliks,

As I dreamt:

So for the moment, I'm thinking that the Rugged West jacket might be "cheap" enough while at the same time being hardy enough for my unreasonable requirements. Denny advised against going boot-leather-thick, but I'm probably fool enough to get a jacket made from boot-leather. Pockets are there on their Type 1 model, but without the strap at the back that would rub against my backpack; however, I'd ask Leilah if she could do gusseted shoulders or an action-back, and then I'd be all set.

Because I'm block-headed, I need someone to talk me out of getting a jacket made from 2.2mm water-buffalo leather. On your marks....get set...go! :D
