Here are pictures of the Knox Twenty. The size tag was hanging on by a sliver. So I taped it to the inside of the sweatband. The original price tag and labels are still present. Based on what I see I would think late 50s to 60s timeframe.
Brim 2 1/4" bound
Ribbon 2" reddish brown
Crown 5 1/2" open, 4 1/2" as bashed

Bill, very nice. The block depth on the manufacturers tag and the price tag put it in the 50s not the 60s. Good score.

WOW Thats a great looking hat. I believe Knox has become my favorite maker. Aside from my one Crofut & Knapp I think my Knox twenties are my best looking hats.

I can’t match that amazing 30s example Justin just posted. But this 50s Vagabond King is pretty nice too.
It’s in great condition from the liner to the overwelt brim. That brim is 2 1/2” and the crown is about 4 1/2” to the pinch. Felt is super soft and moldable. This one will get some head time when we get felt weather.

Wonderful Knox, Max. Is the ribbon original? I don't believe I've ever seen a factory hat with a highlight in the bow keep before.
