Fantastic images. The street scene with the modern day tourists milling around and the SS sign is particular chilling and sobering.

I enjoyed looking at these photos. I walked a few battlefileds and cities while in Germany. I stood in mortar pits, and touched the pock marks on buildings, visited the Cathedral in Cologne. All very erie at times. The pictures explain why. Very cool.
