She is wearing them steel toes shoes and getting ready to use em!Wow, Lizzie, you must really be fed up. You used the same descriptor three times. In one sentence, no less.
Oh lord, yes....those songs need to be placed on a rocket ship and blasted to beyond jupiter! The two most overplayed holiday songs here are Jingle Bell Rock and Feliz Navidad.
Oh lord, yes....those songs need to be placed on a rocket ship and blasted to beyond jupiter!
Especially Feliz Navidad.:eusa_doh:
It might not be for little ty ty to watch or people whose ears get hurt by "naughty words", but for a lot of adults this is great stuff.
That is something I would never have guessed! But now that I know, I am thinking maybe it is all that much nicer for me, that I never watch those sorts of shows. Really! There's not much reality in today's reality shows. Situations are set up, the 'actors' are told what the desired outcome is, and to just go at it. They tape hours of footage for a few minutes of finished product.
Yes, but it's the kind of funny that few people understand anymore, excluding most of us here at the FL....There ya go! Thanks! I always thought that Mr. Ed's owner, "Wilber", was about the most well mannered actor on screen. And the show was funny, too!
There was a reference to schooling. Here in the US they keep adding rules and rules and rules for the teachers so that they get bogged down.
In California the CA university system has become very expensive where some 30 plus years ago it was free to students. One study that came out was along these lines- I don't have the actual numbers but its about like this: 30 years ago they had about 12000 professors, now they have about 12500 professors. 30 years ago there was about 3000 administrators now there is about 9000 administrators. The cost for the system is tipping away from education and more towards beaurocracy (spelling).
Not surprising. UCLA is the fifth largest employer in L.A. County. The Top Four are:
1. L.A. County
2. L.A. Unified School District
3. Federal Government
4. City of L.A.
Well, now actually many people I know talk about shows like this and miss them...maybe they are "closet loungers" and just don't know it yet?Yes, but it's the kind of funny that few people understand anymore, excluding most of us here at the FL....
