I'm aware that well-worn items of clothing can often look better than new ones. However, the line between broken-in and worn-out can be a fine one. I have an old duffle that's been biding its time in the closet for years, and I'm not sure if it's too far-gone to be worn. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
