I am so liking this. Quite a change for me. I have never worn a cap. EVER. Opinions? Ideas? HELP PLEASE. I'm definitely liking this style and fabric and considering this other fabric. Thanks...
Before you pull the trigger on one, I'd suggest you try to find a local hat shop that carries hats in this style and try a few on first. The reason I mention it is this--I rather like my "Newsboy" caps and think they look okay on me. But their cousin the "Ivy" cap, not so much. For my best friend, the opposite is true--he owns a few Ivy caps and looks quite good in them, but Newsboy caps don't quite look right on him.

Sharp cap, by the way. Either material (or both) would be welcome on my head.

View attachment 44423 I just recently joined the forum, and I've already learned more than I ever dreamed there was to know about hats and caps. Based on some of the posts here, I'm awaiting a couple quality flat caps...but in the mean time, I thought I'd share some pics of the bergmutze I bought a few months ago from the Hutter company located in the South Tyrol region of Italy.
