This one is super interesting. The first white reorder tag is rare, but I have seen it before on very early 20th century hats. The left sample number tag has me intrigued. I have never seen a stetson tag that looked like that. Its very similar to the Schoble tags used very early on. I have a Dark Green Stetson Derby from around 1890 with the first (or possibly 2nd) style reorder tag. I need to take pictures of it and post it on the lounge. Your derby seems to be the transition between my 1890 derby and the more common red reorder/tan serial number tag set used by Stetson in the 20th century.

It's an interesting old derby. i'm confused why none of the tags have John B. Stetson on them. Even the white label on your old green derby had it on there.
It also has an a brass/metal sweatband reed at the bottom of the sweatband which is a first for me.

I'm not sure of the significance of the white manufacturing tag, the one shown above by Carouselvic and this below are both from 1930s hats. The sample tag is a new one to me:

LOT4XXX would run with the two Real Nutria Fur westerns that are posted on page one of this thread. The string of numbers in small type should coincide with the orange reorder tag that was once behind the sweat. Thanks for posting, Harv!

It's very light, Josh... hat is 2.8 ounces. My steaming brought back some body to the hat which may make it look more substantial. When I first took it out of the box, you could fold it with a cross look.
