I just went through the Pre-1940's Stetson Western and Dress hat threads. I found some more pics of re-order tags. I hope nobody minds the use of these pics in this thread.
With a height of 7 inches tall and a block of 406, this hat has the exact same block and height as both of Alan's black long hair westerns. This makes 3 hats with this exact block and height. All 3 are obviously westerns.

Here's a new arrival from around 1900. The only Fray sweatband that's had a date associated with it was 1890's. A few WWI campaign hats have had the vertical Stetson logo, but are generally gold. The ones without color seem to be older, and the horizontal logos seem to be the newest.
Characteristics: size 7 1/2, 3 1/2 inch stiff brim, 4 5/8" depth. Seemed to want a simple bash with front sides poked in:
This one was a huge disappointment. Buyer told me there were no
moth holes. I did get my money back. Wish I had a hat like this
