SOLD (pending payment) - FS: 1949 Dated Brown-ish DB Suit

2 piece reddish-brown DB suit, Glen Plaid, dated 1949. Quilted lining on chest area.
Immaculate condition, no marks, tears or moth holes anywhere. Medium weight material, nicely put together - all patterning in the material matches up on pocket flaps etc.

Jacket: 40" Chest, outer sleeve length 25 3/4", lapel width 5 1/4", length of back centre seam 29 3/4", 6 on 4 button, 4 non-functioning buttons on sleeve, 1 internal breast pocket on R side.

Trousers: Waist 34" (side adjusters allow snugging down to c.32"), inside leg 31", width at bottom of leg 11" (ie fairly WIDE!), 1 3/4" turn ups, plus 1 1/4" of fabric available inside hem.

All internal braces buttons (6), button fly, high-rise waist area, all pocket linings intact and original. All buttons match and seem original.
