I have been here for just a short time and as I look around from time to time, I see that you all seem to have integrety and sincerity here.
I truly appreciate that and am glad that I can be a part of it...even if I don't get the time to come here often.

Rodney, I truly am tickled you have decided to join us. When I was at your shop a few years ago and asked you to take a look then & filled you in on my plans, THIS was the place I was talking about. Gentlemen abound, information is shared freely, opinions are given in a non offensive manner (for the most part), and any rancorous behavior is dealt with quickly in order to retain a "family friendly" atmosphere. Unlike other forums on the net, behavior counts here.
I know you as a gentleman and I KNOW you fit here.

FL was the first forum I joined after some very unpleasant exchanges in the Compuserve fora many years ago. I was quite happy to find a group of men and woman to politely discuss our mutual interests - hats, classic style, usw.

I didn't mean to sound like I was buttering you up here.
I just wanted you all to know that I feel very welcomed here and you all seem very civil in how you communicate your thoughts and oppinions.
I appreciate that, as I am sincere in all that I do. Whether that is creating a hat, mucking out a horse stall, or dealing with people. Respect is earned by those who give it.
