Thanks, Matt. I'm hoping to find more 1930s ties. They made some great patterns back then.Nice ones!
You should keep buying and collecting

That's a pair of great looking ties Mondo. Keep up the good work. Here's a 1930s Stylecraft hand woven tie, courtesy of Dinerman. This is my first woolen tie, and my first 30s piece! View attachment 114722 View attachment 114724 View attachment 114725
Also thought I'd show more love to my late 1940s hand painted Towncraft nylon tie. Even the pictures don't do it justice!

Nice ones! I especially dig the Towncraft, that's my kind of neckwear. Here's a 1930s Stylecraft hand woven tie, courtesy of Dinerman. This is my first woolen tie, and my first 30s piece! View attachment 114722 View attachment 114724 View attachment 114725

Thanks Mondo. The message on the lining makes me wonder if they had a whole line of gamebird ties with habit descriptions of all of them? I'd like to find Ruffed Grouse or Hungarian Partridge.Amazing tie, Michael. Seems like it was MADE to be worn with that green-striped shirt as well. Love the message on the lining, unfortunately my Smilock gamebird tie doesn't feature anything like that. This one here is a gem, take care of it!

Thanks guys!Those are great Dale!
Judging by the length and width and the sort of belling at the end I would think '30s is a good guess. Haven't really considered selling any, most particularly now that the supply seems to have completely dried up around here. Maybe that will change.Looks like a 30s tie. Cool stripes. Ever thought about selling some ties to a fellow lounger?
