Trying to rehab this one. It was in far worse shape than this when I found it, and it's not out of the woods yet, but the price was right (free) so I had to see what I could do with it.

Thanks MondoFW. Both the hat and suit are early '50s by my best reckoning. I expect the tie is as well, though it is pretty short, so it could be earlier. This is definitely one of my favorite suits and has been well received here on the forum, but I only rarely get any comments on my clothes out in public.
