I don't really rock the skinny ties these days (They seem to work better for skinny fellas) but I've got a soft spot for the swanky atomic era ones, especially when they're less than a buck and all proceeds benefit the spca.

Just received another hand painted tie from Ranch Tie in Canada. This is a "California" tie that was originally a late 40's early 50's design. If the shorty design is good enough for Hank it's good enough for me! I wanted something with a bucking horse motif and she came up with this design--I think the edge lacing is cool too. Pictured with another "The Hotshot Drifters" string tie that my band mate ordered after seeing mine. I now have 4 of her ties (the other three posted up prior)--they're a lot of fun.

Wow!! That's really impressive.
I'm a big fan of that shorty style of tie.
