Good idea. Last time I tried to sell them in groups of five and got a whole buck for them. :rofl:

I was getting from $5 to $10 each plus making a couple bucks on shipping.

By the way Jamespowers, did you ever dig out that bird tie (like Steve Martin's from DMDWP) you were talking about? I'd still love to see pictures if you have time to post them. Would love to get my hands on one of those, or any other he wears in that film.

That was a very good find. Macclesfield prints are fairly early. I wonder if that store in Pa is still in business with that name. lol lol

that's a beauty....we're they made from imported Macclesfield silk or were they as it suggests 'native' made?

I dont know if you can see the detail on this tie that I wore today but the tie comes from a local beer brewing company that I got on a lark ,you can see anchor's clam shells ships wheel etc.etc.

I like it because it goes great with the seersucker suit that I have on .
