Very nice, MarieAnne! I love that wing bust style especially when it's done in two-tone!
Thank you!! I'm glad you like them! Whenever I get around to posting the outfit on my blog I'll make sure to point everyone to your shop! They were so easy to make and I wear them all the time.Lauren said:Oh my gosh! SO cute! You made them up perfectly!

i spent 2 days on it
and just finished
so please excuse the (very) undone hair.
i researched the pattern and it is from the 60's
i couldn't find the date on the pattern it's self.
Nicholeann, your dress came out great! I'm usually a mess when I've been sewing all day.It can be pretty exhausting, believe it or not.

I had to grade it up from bust 36 to bust 42, at first I was just going
to make a muslin, but was so pleased with the fit I added a skirt.
this will be fun to wear tonight!

The white blouse looks nice and will go with plenty of skirts. Isn't it great when the fellas notice (and like) your new creation! I wore my newest dress out dancing Friday and got asked more than usual. No actual comments on the dress, but something must have been right.
