Nice jackets. I'm curious, what is the deerskin like? Is it soft like lamb or does it wear more like cow, goat or horse?

Your jacket of goat leather is incredible(it seems to a horsehide) and cuts is magnificent. :eusa_clap

Here's my new-to-me jacket from Lone Pine. I'm pretty happy with it, even if it is a bit roomy on me. A sweater worn under should fix that.

Anyone else own a Lone Pine product? Their website shows comparable jackets priced at $1099; mine was a bargain though.

I don't know that I can pick out a single favourite from among my leathers, but I do have a lot of affection for my Aero Bootlegger. Cordovan FQHH, with a couple of mods from standard (button cuffs, leather lined; Blair tartan lining; G1 style pocket, both sides; zip on the breast pocket (standard design is without, though I don't know if Aero have sold many like that!); throat latch).

Super looking Bootlegger Edward. Aero's Cordovan FQHH is very attractive. Definitely looks the business. Any colour bleeding from your jacket Edward?

Me too. My all time favorite jacket is now my brown FQHH zip sleeve Bootlegger with alcapa lining..two G1 style inside pockets purchased last year.

Looks great in brown too... I have a heavily modified plan for a future Bootlegger in mind, when the money comes...

Very occasionally I've had a little dye transfer onto the collar of a light / white shirt, but typically only when I've been wearing the jacket all day and gotten kinda warm in it. Not for a long time now.
