Seeing this thread inspired me to dig my old Cooper A2 out of storage and, while it was a bit warm for a jacket today, I managed to suffer through it long enough to get a few shots. I must admit I was a bit disappointed in the fit. I was about 40lbs heavier the last time I wore this jacket (a few years ago), so it used to be a much snugger fit. I realize some people would be fine with it as is, but I just prefer something smaller. It's now about two sizes too large (It's a 52 and I now wear a 48, or sometimes a 46 depending on the cut), so I guess it's time to look for a new A2. On the bright side I guess losing weight is a better reason to buy a new jacket than gaining it.

My wife saw what I was up to this afternoon and made the comment that I "looked like Indiana Jones's window-licking brother." She really has a way with words sometimes.

Believe it or not ...the jacket is by POLO .
It is so rugged I don't worry about hurting it....
& so comfortable ...I forget I have it on sometimes.
It's about 20 yrs old.

Spitfire that Irvin is a helluva good looking jacket and suspect it serves you well in Copenhagen but would not if you lived in N Central Texas. Already in the mid 90's here this week and climbing. :eeek:

About the adidas jacket, I like the way the girls look at me. The red Schott MA-1, I have very dark skin when tanned and I like the way it looks with a black t shirt, stone wash denim jeans and honey boots. And the trucker because it looks rugged.
