Ship John Black Goatskin Wills Jacket, Med long

Jacket is just too long for me. Purchased from forum member for $1000 and looking to get $900 for it shipped. There is some light indigo staining in the armpit area from I’m assuming one of the previous owners wearing raw denim shirts. The white cotton lining doesn’t help with concealing stains.

If it was an in shorter, I would probably keep it. Thought about sending it to Deena to shorten, but then I think the pockets will look too low.

If you want a true "trucker" style jacket, then it appears a bit long. If you tuck in your shirt, how for down past your belt does it come? Perhaps a modification may be in order after all...?

Is it marked as a "LONG" or is it too long for your liking?
How tall are you?
What is your suit size?
Other than length is there anything else that bugs you about the fit as in my opinion seems to fit you pretty nicely.

The original owner purchased it as a medium long. The regular M is an inch shorter in the body and sleeves. Langlitz doesn’t put a size label in these jackets.
