Never liked Second Life, but due to some unsavoury events I will never patronise them.

Plenty o' those. Strange what relative anonymity and very few rules of conduct will do to people.

Second Life is what you make it.
I've had less ungentlemanly proposals in this virtual world then I have in real life.
I guess it depends on how you dress and where you hang out.

Anyway, we now have a large recreation of 1920s Berlin.
Come drink a coffee in a cafe on Unter Den Linden, see the Brandenburg Gate, dance the charleston in a backstreet Tanzlokal, watch movies in our UFA theatre, etc,e tc.

In SL you can do what you want, that of course also means everyone else can do what they want.
So just like in real life, you have to find likeminded people and simulations you like.
Anyone interested in a tour or advice on how to change your appearance, etc.
