Holding pride of place in my collection is the Airborne Rivals set from the 2003 Weekend of Heroes with figures of Ed Pepping, one of the original "Band of Brothers" and Friedrich-August von der Heydte commander of the 6th Fallschirmjaeger Regiment, the Screaming Eagles' D-Day nemesis. I added the autograph and photo of Ed Pepping to the display.

I enjoy customising these figures to make them more realistic and less toylike.... Here's a selection of my work ....I strip and fully repaint the heads....distress and weather the clothing...resculpt facial hair etc...
