I'm looking for t-shirts with sleeves that go down closer to the elbow. Anyone know of any "long-sleeved" t-shirts>

My recommendation for a great t-shirt: be in shape. If you're in shape and don't have a gut, you'll look great in any t-shirt.

After years of not owning any t-shirts intended for exterior wear, I bought one each of a striped style from the now sadly defunct Collectif brand. They're all horizontal stripe types, and get worn quite a bit over an a-shirt in the hellheat of Summer. I see a few motorcycle themed brands offering striped t-shirts that look good now - I've been impressed with Bronson (and would buy more if they catered to Western sizes better). Cathcart also do some nice t-shirts, The vast majority of the t-shirts I wear are just underwear. Consumables, basically - and I buy those from the local supermarket. Most do a good few years before they're in need of replacement. Can't comment on length of any of these - I don't wear any shirt (with the exception of an Eloha) untucked, so I always look for enough length to them to be able to tuck.

Here’s an interesting 1940s era striped pocket t shirt than I bought and am awaiting its arrival

3Sixteen do a good pocket T. The Telleson shirts I got a few years are really good, but shrunk. I read the new ones are pre-shrunk so might be worth trying. Next Level from Amazon are good for $10.

I like a slim fit, not too long a very short sleeves. I’m also not willing to pay $50+ for a tshirt. I’m ordering some Bronson shirts this weekend.

I have been a merz b. schwanen 215 tee fan lately since the bear tv show on hulu. The texture from the 2 thread knit is beautiful when worn. A bit too warm/heavyweight for summer though, but I like the fit, and I'd say personally for me the perfect grab n go week long tee wear.

I can also recommend the “UES Japan” T-shirts. They come in a variety of Color + variations and are still “reasonably” priced compared to 100€+ loopwheeled T-shirts. Best thing: when I ordered the last time on their website, they offered a free “t-Shirt hemming service” which allowed me to size according my larger than chest and shoulders while keeping the body comparably short.

I really like my Dehen t shirts. They need a little break in to soften.

I managed to find some secondhand loopwheel shirts at a local shop. The regular price for them was too steep for an experiment, but secondhand seemed worth a try. Wow! They are comfortable.
