I just confirmed the current ebay jacket 22 inch is measured like mine.

This jacket has a very different leather. Side by side will really show it. Does not have the same insane, Shinki like grain/

I think my Sportclad is the only one I’ve seen with a 24” P2P. Usually just a tad small for me too. It also has the blackened brass hardware and the button throat latch. I love these jackets. If I find one in the condition of your first one I would probably buy another one.
I hope you do find another then you can sell me the 1st one!

This jacket belongs to the husband of my mother, back in the late 90s my mom bought 2 jackets from her neighbor who makes leather jacket (the workshop I custom my jackets) she gave the brown one to her husband, and sent one to me the black one. Mine were long gone, i never felt impressed by the sizing nor the design, i wore that jacket as bike gear during my university and later my grandma gave it away as i no longer wore it. However the brown one pictured above, turned black at some point from a refinish and then keep being worn to this day 23 yrs in service, and it looks like turd.... lol some leather never destined to ever patina well... i visited my mom today since covid eased up here, and i saw it hanging on the garage, took a quick snap.

the patch on the inner sleeve seems like slightly better leather than the leather used for the jacket the leather was thick but obviously a pigmented nubuck/ a pigmented split, but it survives daily wear with several spills for 20+ years with zero maintenance, and he never hears about conditioning leather.
