Nice, Robert. I'm expecting a black one to be delivered today that has a similar ribbon width and if my eyes didn't deceive me, it has afrayed bow. Love the color on yours.

Love 'em or hate 'em, the newsboy cap is so much a part of America's hat history that I just had to try my hand at making one. One of the things I loved about this endeavor is that, aside from the sweatband and thread, the material cost amounted to the two dollars I spent for a thrift store sports coat. Not nearly the pressure involved as when dealing with a sixty dollar beaver felt body.

I almost bought that Supernatural from Etsy several times. Glad it went to a Lounger, and I don't feel as bad about not ending up with it now cause of the big size. Shim that sucker down with cork strips and wear the heck out of it!

Got it for next to nothing

Not in perfect condition... but it's a sweet fuzzy little 50s number ... I dig it
