Felt similar weight to a Stetson Playboy. 2-1/2" underwelt brim. From E.M. Scarbrough and Sons of Austin, Texas (from 1893 to the present).

New stylemaster

Here is my new stylemaster after my first bit of work with it...

It's still a little loose. I'm either going to let it shrink naturally or give it the water mist and put it in my garage during the day where is gets about 120 degrees. The acorn fawn color is pretty well depicted in the first two shots in my opinion.

And Rodkins, that's a nice Stylemaster too! I should be getting myself one of those. I'd start with moonstone, but acorn fawn's a nice tan color.

Thanks! I am thinking my next one will be a dark grey or moonstone.
