Another one from the Oslo exchange.
Mallory Aristocrat Quality fedora in grey. Classic looking fedora in a size 56 with the overwelted and triple stitched brim at 6cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. Can't go wrong with this kind of hat and I'm not passing up on a nice Mallory even if I have plenty of hats in this colour scheme.

Recent addition.
Mossant de Luxe fedora in a brown colour called Silex. Size 57 with the brim at close to 7cm and the crown at 9cm at the center dent. These lower crowned hats were a French hat fashion that we find on sixties hats most often. This hat has been well worn and it is a bit of a beater. It does have some provenance to it though. It once belonged to the Mayor of Vireux-Molhain, just across the Belgian border in the north of France. Mr. Achille Nolevaux died in 1965 and the hat had been sitting in a box ever since. The owner moved house and had to get rid of some stuff, this hat among them.

Another recent find. I had this one on my watchlist for quite some. Pulled the trigger when Daniele pointed it out to me as well.
Mossant Jockey Club fedora in black. Size 57 with the raw edge brim at 6cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. The felt is like butter on this one and even if it weighs an average 108 grams it still feels like a lightweight hat. I am wondering about the age of this one. The Jockey club was founded in 1865 in Lyon and ceased to exist in 1917 when it joined two other clubs to form the Cercle de L'Union. Members only and only by invitation. Likely pre-war, but 1917? I have my doubts about that.

Getting there; just a few more to go.
Panizza Super in grafite. Longhair felt in a size 57 with the overwelt brim at 5,5cm and the crown at 10,5cm at the center dent. The felt was a bit neglected when I first got this one, but after several brushings and some steaming it is now well behaved and has returned to its original soft hand. Very malleable. Unfortunately some surface mothing here and there.

Almost there...
Also part of the Dutch-Norwegian hat exchange. Stetson Royal de Luxe Open Road in silverbelly. Size 56 with the bound brim at 7cm and the crown at 11,5cm at the center dent. I gave this one a diamond crease, because I have another one with my usual center dent and side pinches. I've been reading that Open Roads tend to be stiff, but this one certainly isn't. Wonderful hat.

Final one (for now at least;)).
Royal Stetson in brown. Made under license in England by Failsworth. Size 56 with the bound brim at 6,5cm and the crown at 11cm at the center dent. It doesn't say so on the hat, but this looks like a Stratoliner to me. Don't let the ribbon fool you: I've found Stratoliners marked as such for the European market with different ribbons before. Failsworth didn't use the block numbers that Stetson used, so there's nothing to go on in that regard.
The hand of the felt is wonderful and the ribbon is both European in feel as a nod to the thin ribbon style preferred in America. Conveniently the hat is dated: 31 dec 1952.

What a truly wonderful parade of great and interesting hats, Stefan. My two favourites are the Hückel velour, I have one just like it, and the Masterfelt. Great melon shape to it, and what a super liner.

However, I couldn't help imagining the look on your long suffering wife's face as these boxes kept arriving and as you kept pulling hat after hat out of them. Hope you remembered to buy her something extra specially nice :)

I'll pick up where I left off yesterday. Another one from the Oslo exchange. Thanks @PanosChris !
Courtney Royalten (or Royaltan) in silverbelly (not quite sure). Size 56 with the bound brim at 6cm and the crown at 11cm at the center dent. Very soft felt but not as tightly felted it seems. Reminds me of my Dalton in that way. Panos had it as a brim down regular fedora and it shows a pronounced curve if creased that way, even if the sweatband states it's a "controlled brim". I thought it was more comfortable with the brim up, a bit more camber-style. Love the colours on this one. Average weight at 118 grams.

Beautiful hat Stefan.
Brought back memories for me.
I was born in Evansville, grew up in Indianapolis and went to school with the Levinson grand kids. Small world.

Thanks, Joe.

Wow! Some terrific new hats @steur, thanks for sharing! if I had to pick my favorite it might be that last brown Stetson, so classic in shape and color.
Thank you. My thoughts exactly!

Thank you, Steve. No need to worry about my wife: she can hold her own when it comes to buying stuff. I have to defend my territory because otherwise the shoes, jackets and other knick knacks slowly invade my space!

Thanks, Bowen. The way it's shaped now feels right for it and sets it apart from all the other hats it has to compete with. Cool bit of information about the Levinsons; have to look into them a bit more.

"The Devil is in the details" as they say, and on this hat that's the detail that caught my eye. The ribbon treatment/style is so simple, but in my opinion it suits the hat and is quite elegant. As always, thank you for sharing with us!
Thanks, Al. The bow is what first caught my eye on this one. Sets it apart from the usual bow treatment on these. As always: my pleasure.
