So which one is more ridiculous? Between Goodwear 5 + years waiting and Langlitz $2000 extra cost for horsehide.
I don’t know why but these old hockey jackets look cool to me. I’d like one where I could ditch the patches.

Gotta love the bras from that era!!
Yes, the "$2000" extra for HH is not a typo!Great info. They truly want customers to avoid HH.
I think I’m probably too short for this style of jacket. Given the pricing, I am definitely too short.
I would leave out the extra zipped pocket at the bottom of the sleeve. But this jacket is definitively my "style". $2000 extra for HH is not a deal-breaker (but almost, depending on the quality of HH), but traveling to Portland for the only purpose of ordering a leather jacket with the exact measurements!!! It's an interesting concept though. Surely, I understand that Langlitz doesn't want returns for the Red Dog! Gone to the dogs. Not my style choice but very nice on the right man.

PS The jacket would end up costing me more than 8 grand cnd, travel expenses included.
That is not leather. For 2000 at the very least a steerhide handbag. For that money you could look like a handbag, it's a tough call...

I was thinking about the tapering of halfbelt jackets, modern repro makers tend to maintain that the 40s and 50s originals are not very tapered, but this person in this photo seesm to defy such notion. This african-american gentleman must be at least six foot, certainly athletic built, with a shoulder to waist ratio of dramatic degree. He was able to find a HB that is flattering, in both the sleeve department, shoulder, and waist taper!

"Are you a carry on or do you get checked?" Probably the most relevant comment!
Thanks Carlos, I will use this for anybody who tells me liking LV

Dude, don't forget about the back!
Like i said, i'm not sure which detail i prefer, the carry straps, the luggage name tag holder on the chest, or the toiletry kit pouch attached to the back.
This really is the ultimate travel leather jacket!
Edit: i just noticed that the two pouches attached to the frond have freaking lanyards hanging from them! I wonder if the pouches are fixed permanently or if you can actually unsnap them?
This thing is so ridiculouse! I wonder how much he paid for that?
As someone on IG said: "Sometimes you trying too hard to look like money instead of lookin good"
Good sleeve length though!
